The Sunnseit Apartments are located in the tranquil mountain village of Kuppelwies in the original Ultental in South Tyrol. In 2019, the holiday apartments were newly built by the brothers Klaus and Lukas Breitenberger according to all the rules of art. Thus, the exclusive residential complex Chalet Sunnseit was created, centrally located in the village with a direct view of the lake. The immediate vicinity to the valley station of the popular ski and hiking area Schwemmalm, as well as the high-quality, contemporary architecture and the healthy and sustainable construction as a Climate House Nature distinguish these apartments in the South Tyrolean Ultental.
