Residence Apartment Talblick is your vacation getaway treasure in the italian alps. You will live in new luxurious apartments with a stunning overlook of the Passeiertal valley and the residence is located just 5 minutes away from downtown. It‘s the perfect starting point for hikes, bike rides and many other exciting and recreative trips.

Every apartment consists of a bedroom and a bathroom, as well as an eat-in kitchen with sitting area, a sleeper sofa (convertible into a bed for 2 additional guests), fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker etc. We have an LCD TV in every bed- and living room and offer complimentary radio, safe, towels, electric kettle, dishes, cooking supplies, toaster, microwave and Wi-Fi. Further, each apartment has a balcony or patio with deck chairs that invite to relax and enjoy the unique view over the valley and it‘s mountains. In addition to that, you can also relax at our sun terrace and sunbathing area. Parking is available right in front of the residence or in our underground parking garage that is part of the building complex.
We also offer several services such as hiking trips accompanied by the owner, games and many other events that are organized by the local tourism association.
We have attractive promotions for special weekends and reduced rates for children staying at our residence. We help organizing guided tours (certified mountain guide and various levels) to the mountain pastures and the summits which show you some of the most beautiful places in the region.
