We thus support local economic cycles by preferably buying vegetables, fruit and food from local farmers and producers, we prepare the water used for the swimming pool on a salt basis and obtain a considerable part of our electricity from the hotel‘s own photovoltaic system. Since 2020, we have also been a member of the Climate Neutral Alliance 2025, Region of South Tyrol Region, and thus make an active contribution to global climate protection.
