Cross-country skiing areas in Tyrol

A few years ago, they were considered "dusty" and old-fashioned, but now they are making a big comeback: Nordic winter sports such as cross-country skiing or skating are enjoying great popularity among young and old. Those who strap on cross-country skis train the entire body and prevent posture problems or chronic back pain. In addition, the cardiovascular system is stimulated and positively challenged. Beginners try their luck on easy trails under the expert guidance of a coach or an experienced cross-country skier.
