The bare numbers speak for themselves: 1,800 m track length, up to 50% gradient, jumps, banked curves and 360° spirals ensure a truly breathtaking driving experience! The track runs up to 8 m above the ground, with speeds of 40 km/h possible. Of course, everyone can determine their exact pace, and if it gets too fast, just pull the brake. With all the fun and action, safety always remains the top priority.
The Alpine Coaster Klausberg was opened in the summer of 2011 and has been delighting young and old ever since. A lift pulls the "guests right up the mountain in the sled, and of course, the excitement already builds! Then it starts right away, and the adrenaline rushes through your blood as soon as the sled reaches the first steep section and rushes downhill into the valley. The control of the sleds is very simple and intuitive via a lever: pushing forward means accelerating, pulling back means braking. The Alpine Coaster is a real speedster and great fun! Those who don't believe it should just listen and watch as the "pilots" of all ages roar over the track with loud cheers and laughter.
And the best part of it all is: The Alpine Coaster operates all year round! Action and thrills are available here in the summer as well as in the winter! Thus, the Alpine Coaster is a real alternative to skiing or hiking for the whole family and a great attraction for any vacation. A day in between full of fun and action is good for everyone and is always a welcome change. In addition, the ticket prices are moderate and even cheaper in a block. Unfortunately, children up to 3 years old are not allowed to use the Alpine Coaster, but children from 4 to 6 years ride for free. Tickets and further information are available directly at the Alpine Coaster.
