Cross-country skiing in the Taufer Valley Ahrntal

Amidst this scenery, there is also a well-developed network of trails, which is frequented by skaters and cross-country skiers alike. You can go up high with 4 high-altitude trails that are between 1,327m and 1,582m. But even further down in the valley, it is wonderful to glide along. The necessary infrastructure for performance-oriented cross-country skiers is provided by the cross-country skiing center in Rein. In addition to ski rental and a cross-country ski school, there is a bar and appropriate shower and toilet facilities. Biathletes train in Kasern – where there is also a shooting range facility.
