Holiday in San Vigilio in Marebbe

St. Vigil (San Vigilio) is located at an altitude of around 1,200m in the Enneberg Valley, a side valley of the Gadertal in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites. Its location at the gateway to the Fanes Senes Prags Nature Park and directly at South Tyrol's top ski mountain Kronplatz makes St. Vigil the ideal holiday destination all year round. In the traffic-calmed village, you will find peace and relaxation and experience pure wellness holidays in a fantastic natural setting.

But we are also in the middle of the Ladin language and cultural area. The Ladin language, this ancient Dolomite language, is still alive here, and the typical traditions and customs are lovingly preserved. At the "Istitut Ladin Micurà de Rü" and the "Museum Ladin Ciastel de Tor" in Thurn Castle, you can discover the culture, language, and history of the Ladin ethnic group, but also the Ladin cuisine with its typical dishes, such as "Tultres" or "Gnoch da Zigher," is worth exploring.
