Nature Park Houses (Naturparkhäuser)

In cooperation with the youth services, for example, the nature experience days are implemented, which are especially suitable for children and adolescents. In addition, regular children's afternoons and guided nature experience hikes take place in the Naturparkhäuser, which are accompanied by trained guides.

Furthermore, this year the Junior Ranger training is also on the program in the Naturparks Fanes-Sennes-Prags and Trudner Horn, which is carried out together with the Alpenverein Südtirol. As part of the training, children have the opportunity to deal with being safe in the great outdoors and with its diversity. But also in the nature parks Drei-Zinnen, Fanes-Sennes-Prags, Puez-Geisler and Schlern-Rosengarten the kids can become Junior Rangers and embark on a journey into the mysterious nature with experienced guides.

With the grain that is ground in the elevator mill, interested parties are introduced to the art of bread baking during the bread baking days, and September 15 should also be noted because on this day a family hike takes place in all nature parks. In August, both locals and guests can visit an interesting mushroom exhibition at the nature park houses or join a mycological hike.

The seven nature park houses are also very popular in bad weather, because then you can visit the permanent exhibitions as well as the changing interactive special exhibitions.

The nature park houses are open until 29.10.2022 always from Tuesday to Saturday from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:30 pm to 6 pm. Admission to the nature park houses is free, and guided tours can also be offered upon prior registration.
