- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 stalk of celery, diced
- 1 can (400 g) chopped tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 pinch of sugar (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)
Instructions:

Cook the pasta: Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted water according to the instructions on the package until they are al dente. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
