The Mieminger Gebirge circuit is an ideal route for those who have not been active in mountain biking for long. The route leads through scenically appealing areas and can be divided into 3 easy stages.
The first stage (48.8km) leads from Imst to Leutasch and is the sporting highlight of the tour with two ascents.
The next day continues from Leutasch to Ehrwald. Over 19.9km, you cycle comfortably through the Gaistal valley past the Igelsee to Ehrwald.
The third and final section (32.2km) leads from Ehrwald back to Imst, passing the beautiful Fernstein Castle.
