Ingredients for 3 people:

  • 90 g Flour
  • 120 ml Milk
  • 21 g Butter
  • 6 g Icing sugar
  • 0.3 Lemon(s) - zest
  • 1 Egg(s)
  • 1.5 tbsp Brandy
  • Salt
  • 150 g Raisins

Scald the raisins and marinate with rum. Mix flour and milk. Separate the eggs, whisk the egg yolks with icing sugar until frothy. Stir the egg yolk mixture into the dough. Beat the egg whites until stiff, fold into the mixture, add melted butter. Put butter in a pan. Add the dough, add raisins and bake like pancakes. Finally, tear the pancake into irregular pieces with forks. Sprinkle with icing sugar
