The Weißkugelhütte is located in the Langtauferer Valley, in the upper Vinschgau / South Tyrol, near the border to Austria. The journey is via the Reschen Pass, through Switzerland or via Merano.
On foot we can be reached:
- from Melag (parking lot) in about 1½ - 2 hours.
- from Brandenburger Haus (3,277m - glacier tour) in 3 hours
- from Kurzras (2,014m - glacier tour) in 5-6 hours
- from the Schöne-Aussicht-Hut in the Schnalstal (2,842m - glacier tour) in 5-6 hours
- from the Hochjoch Hospice (2,413m - glacier tour) in 5 hours.
Hiking hut: restaurant service at noon
Evening catering with half board (dinner and breakfast, incl. marching tea and shower use)
