An important goal is the arrival to South Tyrol without a car, for which user-friendly train connections have already been expanded. For example, it takes about three hours to get from Milan to Bolzano, from Munich, the train ride to Bolzano takes about 3 hours and 50 minutes. Plans are also underway for the railway loop in the Riggental, the Virgl railway tunnel, and the railway expansion between Merano and Bolzano. A further reduction in travel times will be achieved with the Brenner Base Tunnel, which could save an hour on the route from Munich to Bolzano. In addition, there is also cooperation with Train 4 you, Trenitalia, and the Austrian and German Federal Railways.

Furthermore, a last-mile service for travelers was launched. With this, visitors who are traveling by bus or train have the option to book a feeder shuttle that takes them from the train station to their respective accommodation.
