High-altitude trails are not only popular among hikers and walkers, but also among cyclists. Due to the pleasant altitude, many interesting viewpoints of the surrounding mountain and valley world are available.
The mountain bike trail, which starts in the wine and gourmet village of Andrian, is part of the Eppan high-altitude trail. The route runs from the village square in Andrian via the quarry to Unterrain and Missian.
Now follows the ascent to the Eppan mountain. For this, a forest road is available, which is also used by hikers (adjust driving speed accordingly). At the end of the forest road begins the Eppan high-altitude trail, which is very challenging in places. The way back to Andrian leads over Perdonig and Missian.
