Ingredients:
300 g rice
3/4 l water
50 g butter
500 g asparagus
2-3 tbsp sour cream
4-5 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Parsley
Salt
Pepper
Asparagus Risotto
Sauté finely chopped onions in some oil then add the asparagus and sauté lightly, add rice, stir until it is translucent, then gradually add broth and keep stirring until it is fully cooked. Finally, add the spices - butter and Parmesan cheese and serve.
