Milk soup
Here you will find the recipe for a milk soup and how to prepare it.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 l Milk
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 50 g Buckwheat flour, fine
- 1 Egg white
- some Water
- Salt
3 tbsp cold water into a pot, pour in the milk, add salt and bring to a boil. Put the
flour into a bowl, add egg white and water and form small spaetzle ("Frigelen")
with your hand. Put these into the boiling milk and let them simmer for about 3 minutes. Finally, pour the brown butter over the milk soup and serve immediately.
