Terlan Wine Soup

Ingredients:
- 1/2 l meat broth
- 1/4 l Terlan white wine
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/4 l cream
- some cinnamon
- salt
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 old roll
- cinnamon
Whisk meat broth, white wine, egg yolks, cream, cinnamon, and salt in a saucepan over low heat until creamy. For a soup garnish, serve small bread cubes toasted in butter, generously sprinkled with cinnamon.
