Burning soup
Here you will find the recipe for a Tyrolean brandy soup and how to prepare it.
Ingredients:
- 100 g flour
- 30 ml oil
- 1/2 l water
- salt
- 1 bay leaf
- caraway
Brown the flour in the oil, deglaze with 1/2 l water and whip up with a whisk.
