Where are the untouched valleys in South Tyrol?

Many travelers are looking for untouched spots in nature while on vacation. Even in South Tyrol, there are still hidden valleys or mountain pastures that are perfect for escaping the stress of everyday life.

One of these places is Pfelders in the Passeier Valley, a mountain village located in the Texel Group Nature Park, where almost no cars are on the road. The Pfitscher Valley, which is also hardly developed for tourism, is centered around the community of Pfitsch.

The valley is about 23 kilometers long and has numerous viewpoints, from which you can enjoy the panorama of the surroundings. In the Eisack Valley is also the Villanderer Alm, which is considered one of the most beautiful South Tyrolean high mountain pastures and is best reached from Villanders. Another insider tip is the Sarntal, which has been able to preserve its originality and where, due to its seclusion, the Sarner dialect is still spoken today. The Antholz Valley is also beautifully presented, located in the Rieserferner-Ahrn Nature Park and flanked by numerous three-thousanders. The Villnösstal is also recommended for all those who like it quieter on vacation, impressing with its scenic diversity.

S. Andrea ★★★★★

The Adults Only Hotel My Arbor***** is a tree hotel, built on stilts, high up in the tops of the surrounding trees [Latin: arbor, English: tree]. A refuge on the tree-covered mountainside of the Plose, in the middle of nature. Located just 10 minutes from Brixen, the hotel opened in May 2018. It is dynamic and modern in its architecture and the services offered to guests, yet firmly rooted in the traditions and values of the region.
