Where can one park in Merano?

For all those who travel to Merano with their own car or are on the road there, there are numerous designated parking options.

In Meran, parking spaces are marked with colored lines, with the color white indicating parking spaces where you can park for free and without time limit. Blue marked parking spaces are subject to a fee, yellow areas indicate no parking, which are usually reserved spots or for disabled or private parking.

Bluepark: These are blue marked parking spaces along squares and streets, which are chargeable from Monday to Sunday between 8 am and 7 pm. For these parking spaces, you need a ticket that you can get from a machine and then place behind the windshield. for the inner city area (Zone A) 1.50 - 2.50 € / hour, outer zone (Zone B) 1 - 1.50 € / hour

Thermal Baths Parking: At the Thermal Baths parking, there are a total of 560 parking spaces as well as charging stations for electric cars. Fee: 3 Euro per hour

Karl Wolf Parking: This parking lot is located near the Vinschgau Gate. Fee: 2.40 Euro per hour, the first quarter hour is free.

Algund Winery Vinotheque & Parking: The parking lot is very central and has covered parking spaces, but the access is relatively narrow. Fee: 2.50 Euro per hour

St. Josef Merano Parking: This parking garage is located near the Post Bridge and also has three charging stations for electric cars. Fee: 1.20 Euro for 30 minutes

Plaza Parking Garage: Parking garage in the center with relatively narrow parking spaces. Fee: 2.70 Euro per hour

Praderplatz Parking: This parking lot is located at the Meran train station and is free of charge. On Tuesdays, parking is limited due to the farmers' market, and on Fridays, it is completely closed due to the weekly market.
