Three Peaks Circuit (Dolomites)

The cozy Auronzo hut at an altitude of 2320m is the starting point for this moderately strenuous hike, which can be managed by children who are in good physical condition.

Walking time: 2.5 hours; Length: 9.5km

The path leads over the Paternsattel to the Three Peaks Hut. After a short break, it goes past the Lange-Alpe Lake back to the starting point of the stage. Along the way, the main motto is to enjoy the view of the imposing north faces of the Three Peaks. Climbing fans can also make a detour to the Toblinger Knoten (2617m).

Since June 2009, the Three Peaks (2999m) have been part of the UNESCO World Natural Heritage. This recognizes particularly beautiful and valuable mountain and natural regions and highlights their protected habitat.
